The staff made this the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. From the warm welcomes at the door to the smooth, friendly front desk service, and the lovely servers at both the Japanese restaurant and JW Lounge, everyone made me feel cared for. Their friendliness and service blew me away. My room was spacious and spotless, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and a marble bathroom. The fitness facilities impressed me too, and the clean, relaxing sauna and steam rooms made the spa a perfect daily retreat. The property itself is gorgeous. I couldn’t recommend it more.

My husband and I came to JW Marriott Hanoi for our wedding anniversary, and Tram Le (Paris) made the stay feel special from the moment we arrived. Her thoughtful care and warm welcome meant a lot to us. We especially enjoyed the Executive Lounge. The Korean food was delicious and tasted remarkably like what my mother makes at home. You could tell real care went into preparing it. The pool, fitness center, and sauna were all excellent and impeccably maintained, and staff throughout the hotel were friendly and provided exceptional service. We only wish we’d had more time to enjoy everything. Thank you for making our anniversary memorable. We’d love to return to JW Marriott Hanoi and stay longer.

The peaceful surroundings were a real plus. The hotel is a little away from the busy city center, but I found the setting calm and pleasant, not inconvenient. My room was clean and had good facilities, and I had a relaxing stay. Staff were professional, efficient, consistently courteous, and genuinely hospitable. I also had a great experience at JW Café. Mr. Duong was attentive and gracious, with a warm, considerate manner that made the meal better and left a lasting impression. I’d gladly return.

Breakfast had plenty of choice, and everything tasted fresh. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and I especially liked the bathtub. The hotel’s distinctive design gives it a luxurious, relaxing feel. It’s a bit far from the old quarter, but the quiet location suits a peaceful stay. Very comfortable, and I’d definitely come back.

We came as a family, my wife, our two sons, and me, to JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi on April 30th for our 10th wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, but Mr. Thanh’s care is what made the trip feel perfect. He handled every detail with such warmth and dedication, and his professionalism and genuine attention moved us deeply. He represents the world-class hospitality of JW Marriott so well. If you visit, look for Mr. Thanh. Thanks to him, we have memories our family will cherish forever.
