Le Chanvre Hanoi Hotel & Spa

The rooftop pool was a lovely extra, and the Old Quarter location made getting around easy. The hotel felt like a home away from home, with a very attentive team. Helena was especially kind and professional. I had a wonderful stay and felt confident recommending it.

Helena Ngyuen was a huge help when we were leaving and needed assistance with a special matter. We really appreciated her kindness. The room was also spotless and attractive, with everything we needed and then some. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return or recommend the hotel.

Helena at the front desk made a big difference to our stay. She booked restaurants, called several Pickleball clubs to help us find the experience we wanted, and kept us updated on WhatsApp so we knew where to go. Her attention and help were priceless. The breakfast team were friendly and fun to chat with, and there was plenty of excellent food to choose from. We also loved the warm rooms, which were clean and well kept, with dark wood and marble details. The Spa staff were skilled, friendly, and professional. We especially enjoyed the 90-minute Vietnamese and hot stone massages. The hotel sits right among the busy shopping and activity, and all the staff helped make this one of our most pleasant hotel stays anywhere. We highly recommend Le Chanvre.

Mia made our stay at Le Chanvre feel special, from the birthday cake surprise to arranging great restaurant bookings. She also sorted drivers and our luggage, and made things easy throughout. The rest of the team were just as warm and attentive. Breakfast was excellent each morning, and the location put us close to everything without feeling hectic. We’d gladly return and recommend it.
