The staff were nice, helpful, and quick to answer questions before we arrived, but the room had bed bugs. I reported the problem and don't know if it will be dealt with. If you stay, check the mattress and protector carefully. The shower drain blocked quickly, and because the bathroom is a wet room, water flooded the whole floor. The street was noisy, with construction next door starting at 7am. WiFi was very weak and sometimes dropped out completely.

I've stayed here twice, so I don't understand the bad reviews. The rooms were clean, with air conditioning and a hot shower, and the location is GREAT. Just keep in mind that if you book the cheapest option, it won't be the best place in town, and there won't be an escalator, for example. I rented a scooter in good condition for a very reasonable price.

The location is excellent, but I was really disappointed by the hotel's interior. The rooms were poorly maintained, there was no elevator, and the photos on booking sites were extremely misleading. It's very cold in December or January, so bring warm clothes. The booking website's address didn't match the physical one. There's another hotel with the same name, and this one is actually called Hanoi Little Hotel (Adela Hotel). Contact the hotel staff to confirm the address before going.

This is ADELA HOTEL, and I got confused and went to a different one. It's very close to shops, literally just outside. The staff were somewhat helpful, but the shower gel was empty.

The staff were nice, and the hotel felt comfortable and pleasant. Since it's off the main street, it was a peaceful place to stay.
