One night, a group of about six people kept making noise until 1 a.m. The staff acted quickly and handled it professionally, staying on top of things until it was sorted out. That care summed up our stay. The room was comfortable and well looked after, and the pool, fitness center, and other amenities were all top-notch. Everyone was attentive to the details and made the visit to Hanoi relaxing and enjoyable. We’re very grateful for the hospitality and will choose this hotel again next time.

The beds were very comfortable, and we were delighted with our balcony room. Jessica and Noc at reception were especially helpful and professional. Breakfast could use some improvement, but we had a fantastic stay and will return. Many thanks to 22Land.

The staff made this vacation feel special from arrival right through our last day in Hanoi. We were welcomed with a lovely surprise 🦢❤️🦢, and there was always fresh fruit 🍊 and lotus tea 🪷🍵 in the room. Our room was modern, clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location made it easy to reach Hanoi’s attractions, yet the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. The view and sunset were stunning 🌇. We only got to enjoy the rooftop for one night, since there’s so much to explore in Hanoi. Breakfast was amazing ⚠️🫶

Breakfast had okay variety, but there weren’t many vegetarian or vegan choices. Eggs were the only protein source, so as a vegan I’d bring food or eat elsewhere. It also wasn’t very kid friendly, and dishes were often missing from the buffet instead of being refilled. The rooms were nice, clean, bright with sunlight, and cooled well. Service was mostly friendly. Our bathroom drainage was awkward, with water having to cross the whole room to drain, leaving the floor wet and slippery. All in all, it was a nice experience.

A simple, pleasant hotel with kind staff and a very good breakfast. The location was decent, though there’s no grocery or convenience store nearby. We look forward to coming back.
