Mei was especially helpful. She booked our water puppet show tickets and told us the train schedule for train street. The amenities were good, and the service was really nice. We enjoyed our stay and only have good things to say. I’ll definitely check in again when I’m back in Hanoi. Thank you!

I was a little unsure at first because the entrance is through a spa. But upstairs, a very sweet young woman welcomed me with tea and checked me in quickly. Someone then brought my luggage up to my small interior room on the 6th floor of 7. It turned out fine: quiet, with a comfortable bed, good AC, a hot shower with plenty of water, shampoo and soap, decent lighting, and decent internet. There are lots of places to eat nearby and a coffee bar 25 feet from the front door. For the price, I think it’s about as good as it gets.

Linh, the receptionist, made my stay at Mai Charming Hotel and Spa wonderful. She greeted me warmly when I arrived and was friendly, professional, attentive, and ready to answer my questions. Her English was excellent, so everything went smoothly for an international guest like me.

Lily and the rest of the team were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently close to the tourist centre, so it was an easy place to stay. I loved it and would come back when I visit Hanoi again.

We spent two nights at May Charming Hotel & Spa and found it comfortable and good value for the price. It isn’t ultra-luxury, but the room was clean, had everything we needed, and the shower pressure was good. Being right in the Old Quarter made exploring on foot really convenient. Reina was especially kind and helpful. She made our last day in Hanoi much easier and left us with a great final impression. Thanks to her and the team!
