The biggest draw is the location: the hotel is beside the famous Train Street Market, with cafés and restaurants nearby that stay open almost 24/7. You can also rent a motorbike at a reasonable rate, and there's no 8 PM return cutoff like many rental places have, so you can explore late. Airport pickup and drop-off are available for an extra cost. The rooms are decent and equipped with what you need, though a little smaller than I expected. They seemed clean and well maintained. Staff may be hard to understand at first, but they make an effort and often use Google Translate. Mai Huyền My deserves a special mention. She helped us several times, especially when we struggled to arrange transit to and from Ha Long International Cruise Port and the airport. If you want to be in the middle of the city's activity, this is a good choice. Thanks for the memories, Memory Legends Hotel.

The room was great, and the location is convenient, close to the famous Train Street. Khánh was incredibly helpful from my first day right through check-out, including finding halal food for me, which I really appreciated. I loved staying here and will definitely come back 😊😊

The neighborhood is close to the famous train street, with plenty of good coffee and breakfast spots around if you like Vietnamese food. The rooms are good value, too. We needed an early check-in, and Mie kindly helped us based on what was available at the time. She also handled our logistics and made sure we got to our destination safely and on time. Ask for Mie, she's great at helping you through your stay.

The location is convenient, about a 5-10 minute walk from the well-known Train Street, and the lift, coffee and electric kettle were useful extras. Still, I didn't feel the hotel was good value. I expected a balcony from the website photos, but got only a window with a flower-pot rack outside. The reception area was much smaller and tighter than I expected. Shops crowded the front and both sides, unlike the wide entrance shown online. The receptionist was helpful and admitted the pictures were outdated. The coffee lounge shown as part of the hotel had become a spa offering massages. The hairdryer was faulty and seemed like a fire hazard when used. I asked to change rooms, but they replaced the dryer instead. The safe seemed useless, almost decorative.
