The front desk workers were lovely and helpful, and seemed to be around at every hour. One unusual issue: when booking through Booking.com, you have to pay the advertised amount again in cash at checkout, then wait for the refund. That wasn't clearly explained, and seems specific to this hotel, so make sure you have cash.

We had a large group, and the staff didn't know the room rate. They got the booking wrong, blamed us, and refused to take card payment even though they had a machine. Sorting out their mistakes wasted an hour. The staff were rude. Avoid.

It's in a quiet spot, a little away from the center, but Grab is available. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the best thing was the service from the friendly, helpful young people at the front desk. I noticed a minor issue with the door but didn't mention it until after checking out since it hadn't bothered me. I highly recommend the hotel.

The staff were so nice and helped me a lot. They even ordered food for me in the middle of the night. The hotel was very clean, had free Wi-Fi, and offered beverages.
