Meritel Hanoi

Having vegetarian choices made dining easy and enjoyable, and there are several Indian restaurants close by. The hotel is just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, right in the heart of Hanoi. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. Hotel Meritel Hanoi combines good food options, warm hospitality, and a very convenient location. I'd recommend it to visitors looking for comfort and easy access to the city's main sights.

Katy Ha Nguyen at reception made our three nights at the Meritel Hanoi especially memorable. She helped us throughout the stay and handled every issue or request within seconds, always with a smile and positive energy. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the trip much smoother. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff really made us feel welcome. The hotel has a warm atmosphere and people who genuinely care about their guests. I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the main areas, and our room was clean with a great shower. But the service is what really made the stay. We've stayed in many five-star hotels across different countries, including some prestigious ones, and the care we received here was by far the best we've experienced. A special thank you to Ms. Anh for looking after us throughout our stay. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication made it unforgettable. Every staff member made us feel welcome and cared for. This may not be the most luxurious hotel or have the widest range of amenities, but its service is incredible.

The hotel is right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with attractions, restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away, so exploring was easy. I was also impressed by the thoughtful welcome gifts, beautiful interior design, and excellent breakfast each morning. Meritel was one of the nicest surprises of my time in Hanoi, with a memorable mix of comfort, hospitality, and value. I'd happily recommend it and hope to return.
