Minasi Premium Hotel

The main drawback was the Wi-Fi. It stayed connected, but it was slow enough to make working difficult. I can’t comment on breakfast since we slept in instead. There’s also just one small elevator, and it fills up quickly. That said, my partner and I had a great stay at Minasi Premium Hotel. The rooms were spotless, the AC was cool, and the firm beds were still comfortable. The staff kindly gave us a free late checkout until 1pm, which was a lifesaver. Nights were quiet, though we could hear people in the hallway and outside around 7am. It never lasted more than a few minutes.

We had a great experience. The hotel was in a nice location, and our room was spacious and clean. Anna, Matt, and Magnus at the front desk were nice and helpful with our checkout.

We had some problems at first, but the daytime front desk staff listened when we raised them and took our concerns seriously. Ella was especially kind and helpful. She gave us time to explain, assured us our feedback would be passed on to management, and we’re grateful for that. Minh and Toan also provided good service at breakfast.

We spent four nights at Minasi Premium Hotel, two after arriving and two before leaving for phuquoc. The reception team were welcoming and helped with all our questions, which we appreciated as tourists. Our first room was quite small, while the one for the last two nights was much nicer and big enough for my wife and me. A lamp beside the bed would make the room more convenient. The hotel is very well placed for visiting the area.
