Mr. Owen made breakfast a happy part of each morning. He was kind and attentive throughout our visit, and his extra effort really stood out. The housekeeping team kept everything in great shape, and the other staff were welcoming and helpful too. Our room was comfortable and had a beautiful view. The hotel’s quiet, peaceful setting was still convenient, which made for a lovely stay. I hope to come back soon.

The one-bedroom apartment had plenty of space and the facilities I needed. Getting to the airport was simple, and the location made it easy to head west without dealing with much of the downtown traffic. Tien and Ms Huong in the executive lounge served a wonderful breakfast, with great coffee and delicious egg dishes. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. My first stay was just one night on a short business trip, and it was perfect for me. Ca. Definitely recommend!

We had dinner at the restaurant and really enjoyed both the food and the excellent service. Our apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is also well placed for a quick, easy trip from the airport. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

The lounge and meeting room made it easy to get work done, and the restaurant food was delicious every time. My room was in excellent condition, with none of the hard water or limescale issues I’ve run into at other places in Vietnam. Most of all, the staff were kind, attentive, and quick to respond whenever I needed support or had feedback. Mövenpick Living West Hanoi felt like home during the six months I stayed there. It’s also close to My Dinh, which is ideal for Korean guests. I’d love to stay again.

Miss Ly at the hotel restaurant deserves a mention. She’s friendly, polite, and attentive, and makes some of the best Vietnamese coffee I’ve had. Breakfast was a pleasure with her there. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were always ready to help. I had a great stay at Mövenpick Living West Hanoi, with good food and warm service. I’d recommend it for business or leisure.
