My family and I stayed at Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An from June 2 to June 13 this year, and we came away with very pleasant memories. The grounds are spacious, well kept, and attractive, with a lovely beach nearby. Our three-bedroom villa was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and ready to help. We especially appreciated the varied breakfasts, with plenty of European and Asian choices. The location and family holiday options were also a real plus. We enjoyed our time there and would like to return. I’d recommend Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality holiday in Vietnam. There was one upsetting incident during the stay, when some valuable belongings may have been lost. The hotel staff handled it very well. Manager Tran Phuong Ai deserves special thanks for her professionalism and dedication. She was quick to respond to our concerns, always willing to help, and did everything she could to resolve the matter. Much of our positive impression, and our wish to come back, is thanks to Tran Phuong Ai.

Her kindness, clear communication, and care for guests really stood out. Thank you, True C Oanh, for making our stay more enjoyable with such thoughtful hospitality. We had a beautiful stay in our villa for 8 nights, and we’ll definitely come back. With the kids, this was one of the best hotels we’ve visited so far. The quality felt on par with Grand Hyatt Bali, and at Vinpearl both the hotel and service were outstanding. The food was very good, and people were nice everywhere. Thanks to Thuy from the restaurant and to the brilliant hostess Thuy An, who helped us with all our questions.

The big pool is a plus, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Still, it felt crowded most of the time, and the food quality and other activities for guests could definitely be better. If you’ve spent a lot of time at resorts in Vietnam, this is an average experience. It’s an okay option for a golf trip.

It’s a large resort with a clean, pleasant beach, about a 30-minute drive from Hoi An Old Town. The rooms are spacious, but only okay, since they feel old and outdated. Still, it’s a good, safe choice if you have kids or mostly plan to stay around the resort.
