The bed felt like concrete, and I couldn’t get comfortable. The bathroom was worn, with mold and very outdated fixtures, and the whole place seemed old and poorly maintained. The hotel photos are nothing like what we saw. We were first put in a room with two beds; after we asked for a double, reception moved us to what they called a “superior double room.” It was nearly the same as the first room, except for the double bed. Breakfast was just pho and fried eggs, with nothing else, so it wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The rooms are dated, with things like a Wi-Fi router dangling by its wires and a toilet sprayer that leaks. I didn’t mind those issues, though. I spent 28 days here, and the staff were absolutely wonderful, always happy to help and offering extra advice or sweets during a holiday.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast worked well for me as a vegetarian. They even adjusted my food to suit me, thanks to the Mylan team. It’s a good value hotel in a great spot near Vincom centre mall, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful, and the reception staff could speak English.

I especially liked how courteous the staff and management were. It made for a great stay, and I’d happily come back. The hotel is in a very good location, with facilities and tourist attractions close by.

Dat, the hotel manager, was so kind and genuine, and even invited us out to dinner. We stayed for two weeks and had a great time. The service was amazing, and everyone was hospitable and understood what we needed. They can speak English, so I’d recommend it to tourists too. ❤️
