The AC could have been stronger, but otherwise I had a good stay. The place was well organized, the host communicated excellently, and it was quiet, with a comfortable bed and plenty of room. Having a washing machine was handy too. There are a few bars nearby, though nothing particularly special for bars or restaurants, so I had to walk a bit to find nice spots. The guard was friendly, and we sorted out some issues using a translator.

We were comfortable here and even stayed an extra night. The management was so kind, the surroundings were lovely, and the quality for the price was amazing.

We stayed for a week, then added another week and a half. The room had a bathtub, which was a bonus after Thailand, and a washing machine. The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, and stove with an exhaust hood. It’s in a small alley, so it’s quieter than staying by the main road, but still central, near two malls and within 5 km of all the attractions. There’s a lake nearby with lots of coffee shops and cafés. When anything broke or we had a question, a kind, responsive girl sorted it out quickly over WhatsApp and also helped us rent a bike. The man at reception wasn’t very friendly and didn’t understand English, so message him in Vietnamese with a translator.

The owner was very accommodating, and the facilities were brilliant. Great place for the price, especially with that washing machine. I extended my stay and would definitely book again.

The room smelled awful, there was no water for the WC, and both the bath and AC were leaking. The kettle was filthy too. We moved to another hotel and gave up the two nights we had left.
