I liked the design and concept, and the room was clean and fairly spacious. It's an unusual mix of hotel, barbershop, café, store, and tattoo shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't really get the complaints about noise, since it's clearly in the old quartet among bars and clubs.

The bedroom was the best I've had so far in Hanoi, with high class design. There's a nightclub on the first floor for young people, and you can explore everything on foot without needing a bike or cab.

The host was very kind and gave us lots of tips and help, and the double bed was good. Still, the entrance is awkward, since you have to go through the hair shop or the club. It was also too loud, with club wasabi downstairs.

2/10
Filthy, with burnt-out electrics and dangerous appliances. All the lights were broken, which felt highly unsafe, and the noise was bad too. It's a shame because the place could have been a funky bolt hole, but I'd avoid it completely. It felt seriously unsafe and unhealthy.

Good place for young people, with a nightclub very close by. The room has a high class design compared with others and comes with full facilities.
