Lee at reception welcomed us to this cute hotel/apartment and was so helpful. Lee gave us good restaurant tips and helped organize transportation to our next stops in Vietnam. The rest of the staff were really friendly and nice, too. Our apartment was clean and spacious, with everything we needed, including a small kitchenette and a fridge. It’s close to the old town but still quiet, with cute cafés, a small supermarket, and ATMs nearby. 10/10 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Mr. Lee and Mr. Phil were really helpful when we asked where to find the nearest Forex. The property was good, with all the room amenities, and the lane was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Train street is within walking distance. I'd suggest giving it a try.

The laundry got mixed up with someone else's, but these things happen. The apartment itself was clean, with good air conditioning, a working TV, and a nice bathroom and shower. It’s quiet and well located for walking into the main center. The staff are super friendly and do their best to help. We’d stay again.

A comfortable stay in a clean, hygienic place, near the markets and within walking distance of Train street. The staff were courteous, and Phil, Lee, and Leo at reception were especially helpful.

The room was very large and had good amenities. Staff were extremely polite and helpful, and the location is convenient, about a 20-minute walk from most Hanoi attractions.
