Phu Hung 2 Hotel

The night got worse when I was woken at 5am for a wake-up call I never requested. It was meant for a family staying on the same floor. Earlier, after I arrived from the airport, they charged 760,000VND, which felt steep for such minimal service. They couldn’t speak a word of English, so the cab driver had to translate. When I used the toilet, I found the seat was broken. I only discovered it after flushing, when water covered the whole floor. It was disgusting and had never happened to me in all my travels. They moved me to another room after I explained the problem, which took Google Translate. Worst hotel experience ever. Don’t stay here.

We were out of there after 10 minutes, though at least we got our money back. The bathroom looked filthy and there was no shower. Dead insects covered the bed. I can only guess they sprayed insecticide and didn’t change the sheets. The room stank, and the towels were dirty. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The room was dirty and the blankets were soiled, and they overcharged me for the airport transfer too. I had no choice but to pay their exorbitant price for just a few hours because the bus dropped me at this stop. Otherwise, it’s not worth it.
