We were meant to stay at Thien Phu Garden Hotel, but on arrival they said there was a system problem and sent us to this nearby hotel, supposedly at the same value. This place has a pretty low rating for a reason. It was dirty and moldy, not clean, and the staff were rude. If they send you here, don't go. Trust me, you'd be better off somewhere else.

For US$15 a night, this is a good budget option for casual travellers to Hanoi. I stayed three nights. The room had a queen bed, bathroom, TV, toilet, aircon, fan, and free Wi-Fi, and it was decently clean. It's close to city areas and attractions. Highly recommended for budget travellers. 👍

The owner even came to pick me up when rain kept me from getting to the guesthouse. The staff were attentive too. It has an elevator for sighted and visually impaired people, plus handy things like a kettle and hairdryer, and the price still isn't expensive! 😁😁 Many thanks to the owner and staff, and wishing everyone good health!
