The staff were really friendly, and the laundry came back quickly. I’d recommend staying here if you’re heading to Hanoi.

The room was awful, with the air conditioner running constantly and sounding like a factory next door. We couldn’t sleep. There was no elevator, and they hadn’t mentioned that the room was on the fifth floor. When we decided to leave because the place didn’t match what was advertised, they charged the full reservation amount. I believe the hotel was at fault, and that they’re scammers who didn’t provide what they promised. They also forced us to leave a good review on Booking.com before they’d let us go, even though they didn’t deserve it, or they wouldn’t return our money. It was a total rip-off and the worst experience of my whole Vietnam trip. I hope this helps other travelers avoid this awful hotel. It’s not worth even 1 euro a night if you can’t sleep at all.

It’s good value for the money, and breakfast is good too. The place is quiet.
