This has been the worst experience. Since October last year, I’ve been trying to get the ceiling flooding fixed, but nothing has changed. Water runs down the walls, and there’s sewage everywhere. With electrical wiring throughout the apartment, this feels unsafe. At check-in, they ask for three months’ payment plus a deposit, and if you try to leave, you risk losing that deposit, so it feels like you’re stuck choosing between putting up with it and paying more. Basic consumer rights seem to be unheard of here. Don’t move in if you don’t want to put yourself and your family through this.

At 8:30 in the morning, I couldn't find anywhere to use a public toilet. The Mega mall doesn't open until 10:00, so I was just traveling around looking. What a miserable experience.
