The reception staff were really rude, and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. My company booked the room for about USD880 a month, and it was run down and not worth that money. The toilet was dirty even though it was labeled sanitized, and looking closely, I could see hair. The bed had stains and hair too, and the aircond remote didn't work properly. The doors wouldn't close right.

We got sick after just one night, only about 5h, because the air was so dusty and unpleasant. The aeration was really noisy too. Our private “room” was awful: filthy sheets with blood stains, a wrecked bed, and a mattress as hard as a board. The floor was wrecked as well. Veeeery expensive.

Mr. Quan was simply superb during my stay, helping me a lot with logistics and other things I needed. I'm delighted to say the hospitality at this hotel is great.

For this price, I couldn't ask for more: the room was spacious and clean, and the toilet was big.

The elevator was far too small. The room and the view were just normal.
