I’d booked the room ahead of time, but they canceled before check-in and never let me know. The staff’s attitude was awful, with no respect for customers. I was paying for the room, not asking to stay for free, so I don’t understand why they acted like they didn’t want to serve me. Absolutely awful.

The room was really nice, and the price seemed fair for the quality. The staff were enthusiastic and customer support was very good.

I don’t get this pricing. They charged me for a six-hour stay as though it were a whole day or night. If someone stays more than five hours, charging them for an overnight stay would make more sense.

I booked ahead through the booking app, but when I showed up, they said there were no weekend rooms and wanted an extra 700,000 VND for a different one. They said they were afraid guests wouldn’t show up on weekends, so they couldn’t reserve a room. The explanation came with an irritated attitude, and they said there was nothing they could do. The service was terrible, and the whole experience was awful.

The room was decent, nice, and cheap. The bathroom wasn’t soundproof, the TV kept switching, and the internet lagged.
