Getting around was convenient since it's in the city center. The room was neat and clean, the furniture all seemed very new, and the price was fair for tourists or people working in Hanoi. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful.

There's a locked door in my room that I couldn't open, supposedly leading to the balcony, and it made me a little scared at night. The hotel wasn't bad, but there aren't many places nearby for food or drinks. You can get a room before check-in time for an acceptable extra cost, around 5-60k/h.

The staff were friendly, and the receptionist spoke English well. I was happy with my stay at Royal Lotus Hotel on Quan Nhan street, Ha Noi last week. It's near the center, with things available to buy nearby, and the price is reasonable.

The rooms were really nice, and the staff were great and helpful. I enjoyed staying there. A Grab to the centre would only cost £1.50.
