⚠️ I had a confirmed Agoda reservation, but the hotel wouldn’t honor it. When I arrived, staff said they hadn’t received the booking and that the price was too low. They told me to sort it out with the platform instead of contacting Agoda themselves. The reply I was meant to receive from Agoda Support actually came through the staff WhatsApp messages. As we discussed what had happened, I saw internal messages between staff saying the hotel didn’t have rooms at that price and the guest should contact Agoda for a refund. I ended up having to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute, despite arriving with a confirmed reservation. I’ve attached photos for transparency.

Friendly staff, and the room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed. Perfect location and a great price. Sorry about the video with the text, it’s what I posted on my TikTok @evaaaajj.

When we got unexpectedly stranded in another city, the team at S79 Ami Hotel took our suitcases in without a second thought. They were patient and genuinely kind, which made a stressful situation much easier. We had a wonderful experience and are really grateful. I'd recommend them for the caring people as much as for a stay.

Quan and Trang made our two nights here really pleasant. They were always smiling and kept checking that everything was okay or whether we needed help. Check-in was quick, too. Thanks so much to both of them. I'd gladly stay here again.

A budget-friendly spot that's reasonably clean for a short stay. It's near the CBD, with most things within walking distance. We also hired a bike, and that worked out well.
