I like this hotel because it feels cosy, almost like being at home. The surroundings were clean and nice, and the swimming pool was nice too. There was a power outage, but it was restored quickly. The staff were very friendly and brought us drinks while we waited in the lobby. Huy Ngo gave great service and smiles. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

The pool area is great, though some of the tiles are loose and could use a refresh. The rooms were great, the staff extremely competent, and breakfast was top notch. It's a bit far from Hanoi's city centre, but a 20-minute Grab ride sorts that out.

We went to Ha Giang Loop and Ha Long Bay during our trip, returning to Hanoi between them. We stayed at this hotel three separate times and came back without hesitation each time. That says a lot about how much we enjoyed it, and I'd definitely return. Giang at reception deserves a special thank you for being kind, professional, and always ready to help. The front office manager also made sure we were comfortable and well looked after. The bell staff were just as impressive, friendly and efficient whenever we needed anything. We consistently had excellent service, a warm atmosphere, and a memorable stay.

We returned to this hotel twice during our trip, after doing Ha Giang Loop and visiting Ha Long Bay, and stayed three times in total. Every visit was flawless, and we'd choose it again without hesitation. For us, it truly deserves five stars. Giang, the receptionist, welcomed us from the start and looked after us with a smile, always ready to help. The front office manager also made the stay more enjoyable with her attention and professionalism. The bell staff were kind, attentive, and helpful throughout.
