The staff, especially the reception team, made us feel welcome with their friendliness, professionalism, and clear communication. It was my first visit to Vietnam, and I loved it. Scent Premium Hotel and its team were a big part of that, and I highly recommend them. I booked three rooms for my family, and everyone enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean and great, breakfast had lots of choice and tasted very good, and the sky bar was amazing. There’s a huge park right behind the hotel, and the location is good.

The staff are what make Scent Premium Hotel stand out. They were warm, attentive, and went the extra mile to arrange a cruise for us. The booking process was seamless and stress-free. The hotel is right in the heart of Hanoi, within walking distance of the major attractions, which made exploring easy. Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety. I’d highly recommend staying here.

I was traveling solo and spent three nights here. The room was spotless, cozy, and well cared for, a comfortable place to unwind after a long day. Everything was ready for me, and it felt like home. From the moment I arrived, reception made me feel at ease. The staff throughout the hotel, including in the dining area, were kind, welcoming, and attentive. They made sure I had what I needed, and their positive energy made the stay special. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of tasty choices each morning. I loved the experience and will come back. Highly recommend it for a comfortable, memorable stay.

The price was excellent, and the location worked well for us, right in the center and within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel is on a quiet street, so our room was peaceful. The toilet was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything we needed for the trip. The receptionists and staff were friendly and helpful. One woman with short hair, whose name I forgot to ask, made us the best Vietnamese iced coffee I had on my trip through North Vietnam. Thanks to everyone.
