I had a lovely time in Hanoi. The VIP room was especially impressive, and the staff answered promptly at any hour, even when I needed to check in at 2 am after returning from Ha Giang Loop. The rate was excellent, and the rooms were clean and up to Western standards. There are good food options nearby, including vegetarian places if you search for “chay” on Google.

The reception team were friendly and helpful, and I was happy with my stay. My room on the 7th floor had a nice view, a good bed, white linen, and modern, clean furnishings. Everything worked except for a small leak from the sink drain that left the bathroom floor damp much of the time. At 450k in January '26, it was a real bargain for Hanoi. The hotel isn't close to tourist attractions, and I didn't see any other foreign visitors during my three days there.

The receptionist was helpful when I arrived well before check-in because of my flight. The hotel is clean and pleasant, with nice areas within walking distance.
