The whole place was dirty and smelled bad, and there was no room service at all. The room smelled moldy, and the bathroom was worse: it looked unclean, had mold, and smelled awful. A full bin still had trash from the previous guests. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, the shower had weak pressure and no truly warm water, and it didn't work right. This felt unhygienic enough to make someone sick. We were given a completely different room from the one we booked and expected, and the rooms didn't match the pictures. Agoda said there was a private bathroom, but ours was shared. The staff were very rude. A woman knocked 30 minutes before checkout and told us to leave. She chased us out with unfriendly gestures, as if we were animals. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. There's nothing good about it, and I wouldn't recommend going there.

They let us check in early for free. The room was spacious, with air conditioning and fans.

They also refused to refund even half the petrol cost for the faulty bike, leaving me in a difficult spot. I stayed for two days, and the accommodation was in poor hygienic condition. The bathrooms were dirty, the hairdryer and shower had problems, and the toilets wouldn't flush properly, leaving things unsanitary for the next guests. There was dust throughout the hotel too, making the environment feel unhealthy. I strongly advise against staying here. The lack of hygiene and effective customer service, along with no compensation for the problems I faced, made this an extremely negative experience.
