Our room was spacious, clean, and had a great kitchen. The cable TV was a nice bonus for watching sports from around the world. My son and I spent 27 nights here on a half-board stay, and we want to thank everyone at the Bloom Classic Hotel in Cau Giay for making it a good one. Scar was terrific in the restaurant, and we really enjoyed the breakfasts and lunches. At reception, Khanh, Yen, and the others were friendly and helpful. They arranged taxis and shared useful local information. We used the hotel as a base for trips to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay, as well as our return flight to Da Nang. A taxi to Hanoi Airport took about 45 minutes and cost around 300,000 VND. The ride to Hanoi Opera House was about 25 minutes, costing between 80,000 and 130,000 VND. If you're fine with travelling into the Old Town, this is a great option. Thanks, Bloom Classic.

The room and bathroom were clean, which I really appreciated, especially since I've found that people and shops in Hanoi aren't always clean. The room was also very spacious and worth the price, with no smoke smell at all. Khanh and another man at the front desk were kind and helpful, suggesting tasty local food and explaining how to get to other places.

A spacious place at a fair price, laid out like an apartment with a full kitchen. But with no appliances, the kitchen doesn't help much. The cupboards were completely empty, and the only standard hotel equipment was two cups.

These apartment-style rooms are modern, spacious, and clean, and made for a comfortable stay. The quiet, peaceful surroundings are good for resting, relaxing, and having some privacy away from the city's noise.

Four-star hotel? Seriously? I can't believe that. The room was just okay, breakfast tasted worse than a street noodle shop, and there was no hot water.
