Lily made a real impression by helping arrange my ride to Ha Long Bay and checking in several days later to make sure I'd connected with my return driver. I wasn't even coming back to the hotel, which made that level of care stand out. The staff were all welcoming and outstanding, and Chi Boutique Hotel is well placed in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. I was comfortable in my room, and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast had an impressive spread, and sunset cocktails on the rooftop came with lovely views of St. Joseph’s Cathedral. I found it great value and would happily stay again on a future trip to Hanoi.

Breakfast was a highlight of our week at The Chi Boutique Hotel. There was a good mix of Vietnamese and Western food, rotated each day so it didn't feel repetitive. The location in the heart of the Old Quarter was excellent, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and St. Joseph’s Cathedral. Our family felt at home throughout the week. The rooms stayed very clean and well maintained, and the staff's warm service and attention to detail made a big difference. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. The breakfast buffet was really good, with a little something for everyone. Staff were kind and well mannered, and the rooms were well kept with the softest pillows. We had no troubles at all. Everything worth visiting is within walking distance, so it's an excellent place to stay.

We had a lovely stay at The Chi Boutique Hotel. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, and breakfast was great. It’s right in central Hanoi, with most sights within about 5 km. The staff were all so friendly. Ms. Lily deserves a special mention for checking that we were comfortable and helping us sort out transport. Thanks, Team Chi Hotel!

We didn’t notice my husband had left a piece of clothing in the room until we’d already checked out. The staff at the hotel arranged to have it brought to where we were staying, and it had even been freshly washed. Such kind, helpful service. We’ll stay here again when we’re back in Hanoi ❤️
