The staff made our family trip to Hanoi unforgettable. Everyone was kind, attentive, and ready to help from the moment we arrived until checkout. The manager, Mr. Kris, and one of the lovely female staff members were especially warm, and my kids got deeply attached to them before we left. I missed some of the other staff members' names, but they all helped make the stay so pleasant. We also felt very well looked after at the fantastic breakfast each morning. Legend Hanoi Hotel truly felt like a Five Star hotel, and we had a wonderful stay as a family. I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone visiting Hanoi with family. We'll definitely be back!

Mei and Claudia helped me out with a last-minute laundry project, and I'm so grateful to them. The staff, from reception to the doormen, were incredibly kind. The hotel is beautiful and clean, with chic rooms and luxurious decor. It's full service, the Vietnamese coffee is incredible, and I loved the delicious breakfast buffet. I'll really miss this place. Thank you for the hospitality ☺️

Mr. Long, the bellman, made a lasting impression with how kind and proactive he was. He helped us get smaller bills for our taxi driver and even offered to carry our luggage all the way to the train station. We also appreciated being able to take a shower after checkout, a thoughtful gesture. The rooftop bar wasn't open during our stay, which was a small downside, but the rest of the experience was excellent. We had a fantastic time at The Legend Hanoi. The room was excellent, service was outstanding, and breakfast had a great range of high-quality options. Highly recommended!

A room upgrade and birthday decorations were a lovely surprise. The room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping came every morning, breakfast was good, and the location made it easy to explore Hanoi. Everyone on staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Special thanks to Ms. Kate Nguyen for kindly answering my emails and helping find solutions while we were there. We had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the whole team's warm hospitality. Highly recommended for a Hanoi visit!

Our group of 13 stayed for six nights in May, and the quiet spot a couple of blocks from old Hanoi gave us a peaceful place to recharge. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job. Each afternoon, we enjoyed a welcome break with tea, coffee, fruit, and little cakes. Chris, the concierge, was helping from the very start, asking about our plans and suggesting sights and places to eat. Breakfast began at 6:30 and was delicious, with hand-brewed coffee, fresh pho, continental options, and plenty of hot dishes. We were well fed for our daily activities. We'd definitely recommend a stay at rhe Legend. Thank you, Legend team!
