This is 100% a homestay like Airbnb, not a hotel. There's no reception, and communication is only by WhatsApp. I never saw anyone during my stay. The place was very dirty and moldy, and there were no cleaners. My room wasn't cleaned at all during my four-night stay. The bedsheet and blanket smelled bad, and I'm not sure they had even been changed from the previous guest. They were very messy when we arrived, and the trash bin still had that guest's garbage in it. The only good thing was the city view from the sixth floor. Overall, a very bad experience.

The room was great, but the service wasn't. There's no sign on the road to show where the hotel is, and check-in and checkout are self-service. We arrived very early, around 6-7 am, and had to wait outside on the road with our luggage because the host didn't respond to our calls or messages.

This is still my favorite place to stay in Hanoi. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ms.Tam, Ms.Huyen, and Ms.Trang from Reception/Reservations Staff, and a big thank you as well to Ms.Tho of Houskeeping. Thanks so much, and I hope to see you all again soon.

I was left trying to get help from another guest just to leave the building. The front door had locked me in, and its lock was broken. When I arrived at 2pm, nobody was at reception and there was no contact information on the desk or door. The only way to reach reception was WhatsApp, and replies came very slowly. The whole mess took over three hours and nearly left me trapped inside. I've never had such a bad hotel experience. This place is ridiculous and shouldn't still be open.
