The Five Residences Hanoi

A quiet, convenient base for exploring Hanoi, and I’d gladly come back. The apartment felt private and elegant, with plenty of space, spotless rooms, lovely design, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedding. The staff were professional and attentive, always ready to help with real warmth. Both the gym and pool were modern, clean, and relaxing. Great for either a work trip or a holiday.

Breakfast on the fourth floor was outstanding, well beyond what I’ve had at other hotels. I also really liked the Americano downstairs at The Coffee House, and I’m picky about coffee. There’s a supermarket just around the corner, and a large LOTTE mall nearby. The location made it easy to explore Hanoi. What really made the stay was the staff. Reception always greeted me warmly, and every interaction felt welcoming. The service from arrival onward was exceptional. My room was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped, more like a spacious home than a typical hotel room, with a living area, a proper work desk, and full sized windows that brought in lots of daylight. It was among the best hotels I’ve stayed at across many trips to Hanoi, and better than several five-star places I’ve tried. I’ll be back on my next visit.

Our party of five had a very good four-day stay in a three-room apartment. The room was clean, and service was quick and friendly. We also enjoyed the location and buffet. Very pleased with the experience and would recommend it. Keep up the great customer service.

I brought a very poor girl from down south here, and she let out a scream when she walked in. She looked like she’d stepped into Heaven. It was adorable. The staff speak English really well, which was a bonus. We’d love to know how we could buy one of your rooms with a bathtub and live here until we die. Thanks so much.
