We stayed for three nights while on a short tour of Vietnam, and only used the hotel at night. Check-in was easy thanks to our prior reservation and the friendly staff. Our room had enough space for a couple, and larger rooms are available for families. Some rooms have bathtubs. The room service was good, and used items had been replaced by the time we returned at night. Breakfast is a buffet. There weren’t loads of choices, but it was more than enough if you’re not picky about food. The pool was great, with a nice view of the lake, and golf is available by the lakeside. The hotel is a little outside Hanoi’s Old City, about 3.5-4 km away, but you can walk or get a taxi easily. We loved the place and would stay again if we return to Vietnam 😇

The restaurant had plenty of options and some nice seating. The hotel also offers lots of activities, though I was only there for one day and didn’t use them. Rooms looked very good and were clean, with lots of free amenities. Cleaning was quick and fairly affordable, and the staff were nice overall. The location was a bit annoying for taxis because the road leading up to it is very narrow.

It’s hard to find the words, apart from saying it beat what I could have imagined. This hostel is right in the old town and unbelievably cheap, yet the quality is the complete opposite of the price. Clean and beautiful, with check-in and checkout incredibly fast.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. The pool and gym were great, too. The location works well if you want to get away from the chaos in central Hanoi while still being a short taxi ride or walk away.
