Communication was great: they were easy to reach on WhatsApp, replied quickly, and were very accommodating. The staff and cleaning lady were both kind and professional. When I made a mistake and left my belongings behind, they secured everything and even met me late at night to return it. The top-floor room was quiet, private, and very clean, with elevator access and a lovely panoramic view. I had a comfortable bed, a good hot shower, a working fridge, and a proper desk. It’s tucked safely at the back of an alley, but still within walking distance of everything. Five-star service. I’d absolutely stay here again.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to after this stay. I looked through hundreds of Hanoi hotels before choosing weCozy, and I’m so glad I did. It felt like home, with cozy rooms and everything I needed, including laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the appliances. The self check-in was especially smooth. I spent 10 days in Vietnam and checked into around 4-5 hotels, but none made it this easy. The team explained and arranged everything before I arrived, so I barely needed to ask anything.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after, and I really liked being able to use the kitchen. That was very convenient. I’d recommend this hotel if you want a cozy place to stay.

Self check-in was simple: I followed the clear directions, picked up the key from the lockbox, and was in the apartment within minutes. The place was spotless and felt fresh and well maintained. It was quiet inside despite being right in the heart of the Old Quarter, thanks to the good windows. From there, street food, cafes, Hoan Kiem Lake, and major sights were just steps away, making it easy to explore on foot. The apartment had a modern kitchen with what we needed, a comfy bed, strong Wi-Fi, reliable AC, good toiletries, and a washing machine. Cozy, stylish, and good value. I’d gladly stay again. A cool place at a great price, with Pub Street super close if that’s what you’re after. The communication on WhatsApp was quick from before check-in through checkout. If you want somewhere quiet in the Old Quarter, this is a good choice.
