TQT Hotel

I wish there were a zero rating. Everything felt dirty and unhygienic, and the rooms hadn't been cleaned properly. It smelled damp and needs maintenance right away. I couldn't upload all the photos, and I think booking another hotel would be better. Both of their hotels are the same, with no maintenance. I believe the owner only puts money in and doesn't invest in improving the hotels.

The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our four-night group stay, and the hotel was well situated, about 800 meters from Hanoi Train Street. Construction of a large government building nearby didn't bother us. Inside, the rooms were spacious, furnished well, and comfortable, with clean, well-kept bathrooms. For the price, I thought it was good value, even if the exterior isn't much to look at. I'm still not sure if it's considered a three-star or four-star hotel, and hope management can clarify. Breakfast was basic and the menu repeated each day, so that could be improved. I was there with a group through my travel agency, and we had a quite positive stay.

A cozy little hotel, close to both Hanoi's main railway station and Train Coffee Street. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Helpful, friendly staff, and a filling breakfast, though nothing special. The Pho Ga was just passable, while there are better places to eat nearby. It's a clean, practical business hotel in a handy location, but nothing particularly special. There's a major construction site next door, built from the ground up and about halfway finished, so it may stay noisy for quite a while.
