I paid 50 USD a night, 100 USD for two nights, and the owner didn’t return the money. I left anyway. That was my own mistake. I’d worked in Hanoi for about a year and had never stayed in an apartment this bad. I can’t understand how it has a 4.4 rating. It’s in a small area, and the place felt dirty, noisy, and unsafe. Nothing looked clean.

I stayed three nights on a business trip. The apartment was lovely and serviced, and while the room wasn’t very large, it was clean, comfortable, and really nice. The owner was friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again on my next trip and recommend it to a friend.

The owners of Unique Serviced Apartments are the real highlight. They go out of their way to make things easy and comfortable. The place itself is clean and modern, with a market at the end of the street and the BRT line nearby for getting into central Hanoi. A great stay, and even better people.
