The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful, which stood out during our two nights at Urban Alley Hotel. We were upgraded to a room with a window. It was clean, though a little dated, and that didn’t get in the way of a comfortable stay. The bathroom had all the toiletries we needed. It’s in a quiet spot but close to the main attractions. I’d recommend it.

The woman at reception was especially welcoming and kind, and everyone on staff was friendly and professional. That made me feel comfortable throughout the stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished, and the location was convenient. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it.

I was sick while I was here for six nights, and they moved me to a lovely room with windows and a huge bed. Everything was super clean and the staff were so sweet. It was such a nice break from hostels while I recovered. Definitely recommend!

We slept really well, and the room had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions or problems, and made it feel like being at home. It’s right by all the local spots too. I’d definitely come back.

We were happy with our stay and totally recommend the hotel. The windowless room felt a bit claustrophobic, but they moved us to a much bigger room upstairs. It was quieter on the upper floors than at other places in the city. The location was great, the rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. What else could we ask for?
