At noon on April 12, 2026, I saw the security guard at lobby C5 treat guests who needed help with their access cards in a rude and disrespectful way. He acted arrogant and superior. It's disappointing to see staff behave like that in such a large building.

The surroundings are quite nice. A local guide or friend would be useful while staying here. The host sends the check-in details on Zalo, then you collect the elevator card from a locker and can take your bags straight in.

The guards were stiff and impolite, especially the team leader, Tuan Anh. He showed customers little respect and came across as defiant.

I left my access card at the office and asked security for help. Even though I had my resident card and was standing just a meter from the elevator, they refused. The building's security feels unprofessional, unreasonable, and unfriendly, especially the female staff. Resident cards and parking spaces are limited, with no extra spaces available. Anyone thinking of buying or renting office space here should reconsider. Extremely poor.
