Breakfast was a mess: the food was cold and tasteless, and there was barely any choice. The rest of the hotel felt just as neglected, with dirt and trash around and cleaning staff who seemed inattentive. Our room was filthy too. The carpet was stained and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in ages, and there was visible mold in the bathroom. The front desk staff were slow, unhelpful, and showed no interest in dealing with our concerns. We left with a terrible impression, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable stay.

Tom at reception was really helpful and friendly, and I'd happily stay here again next time. The room was very spacious and comfortable for a great price, with fast Wi-Fi, hot water, and a very clean feel. It's in a quiet area at night, close to Westlake and its many good food options. The old quarter is about a 30-minute walk or less. Security was good too, with a remote garage opener and motorbike parking on the ground floor.

After booking, I found out the service flat at 84 P. Yên Phụ, Yên Phụ, Tây Hồ, Hà Nội 100000 wasn't there anymore. The operator had the taxi driver take us to another address, but the flat we ended up at was much worse and in the wrong location. That's why I'm giving it just one star.

It was clean and spacious, and good value for two people. It's between the old quarter and tay ho, so you'll need some taxis. Get a grab.
