22Land Hotel Saigon

There are lots of good restaurants nearby, and the Japanese food in Little Japan really hits. A GRAB scooter costs like $2USD max for wherever you need to go around the area. The service was fantastic despite the Tet interruptions. I only got to experience the Skybar for one night, but it was a vibe. Rooms and beds were cleaned daily, and breakfast was solid, just enough to get you going for the day's trek. The shower designs were cool too, more like another piece of art in the room.

I never got to stay at 22Land Hotel Saigon because a last-minute visa issue meant cancelling my trip and returning to Australia. A week before check-in, I went to the hotel in person, and Susan at the front desk was understanding and professional. She verified what had happened, agreed right away to waive the full fee, and even helped me cancel on my phone. Later, when my booking platform tried to deny the refund, the hotel management sent written evidence confirming they hadn't taken any payment. That was crucial for resolving my bank dispute. It's rare to find a hotel that shows this kind of honesty and care. Their integrity means I'll definitely book there on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you, Susan, for the amazing support! After a long flight, the spa was the highlight for me. The team are lovely, and a good quality Thai massage left my back feeling fresh and new. The modern, clean hotel also serves a good breakfast, including personalized omelettes made by a chef. Staff were wonderful, and the Skybar is a great addition. We had a wonderful trip to Saigon staying at 22Land. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, especially couples and professionals.

This was our second stay here, and everything was great again. The location is perfect, the hotel is clean, and the staff are especially friendly and polite. Highly recommended!
