The location was great and the service decent, but my mom and I had a pretty horrid room. The towels and headboard were stained, and there was black mold in the bath tub. I tried to give it a chance, but one night was enough to make me want to switch hotels. I hope they take this critique seriously and improve the quality.

We stayed for 8 days and found it very good for the price, with good amenities and shopping very close by. The staff were friendly and helped with whatever we needed. When we took Grab cars, the guards would help us find them, sometimes crossing the road and opening the door for us. After checkout, the staff also looked after our baggage until it was time to catch our plane. I’d definitely stay here again in the future.

As a solo traveler, I felt very safe here. The hotel and room were clean and had a good atmosphere. It’s centrally located, with food joints, shopping, a church, a park and clubs all within walking distance. The staff were amazing, professional and provided excellent service. Phung Trang, Mý Chi, An Le, Dang Thóng, Ngoc My, Ngoc Lan and Khà Tó were especially good. Thank you all. I’m looking forward to visiting again next year. Management, you have good staff.

We had the best bed we’ve slept in anywhere in Vietnam, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were great, especially Nhi at the counter. Thanks, we had a great stay.
