What stood out most was the service, especially Ms. TO NHU at reception. A minor issue came up at the start of our stay and she sorted it out right away, with kindness, professionalism, and real attention to our concerns. That’s the sort of service that makes me want to come back. We also slept well in the comfortable beds, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied, so everyone could find something. I highly recommend A25 Hotel in Saigon.

Bonnie, Huong & Nhi gave me an ear cleaning and body and foot massage. They’re the best, so sweet and kind. Love it here, I’ll be back!

Quynh Anh made our stay especially good. Whenever I needed a cab, she ordered one, gave great recommendations, and made sure I had what I needed. The male cook in the morning was also extremely helpful and kind. It’s a beautiful property, and we’d stay here every time we visit Saigon.

Lovely atmosphere, nice people, and great staff. I’d come back tomorrow! :)))
