Airport Lucky Star

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, simple, and good value, with a comfortable bed, working air conditioning and shower, and a mini fridge. Service was excellent. This is a lively, character-filled local part of Ho Chi Minh City, with markets, shops, and local restaurants all around the building. It's busy, so it may not suit someone after peace and quiet. Nearby, I also found GIA Clinic and had the best hydra facial I've had in Saigon.

After Google Maps kept sending me to the wrong part of the city, I got lost trying to reach the hotel. I was already rattled, and nobody had helped me along the way. Once I arrived, the young woman at the desk was so kind and nurturing. She offered tea and spoke with the manager, who came out, listened to my story, and was kind too. He offered to take me to the airport for my flight the next day. The receptionist stayed and shared stories with me, and that little bit of kindness went a long way. The next time, she even walked me to my taxi and spoke to the driver to make sure I got back to the right location.

We return to this hotel every year and are always welcomed warmly. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and staff are there when we need them. The reception team is especially attentive and helpful with anything that comes up. Special thanks to Kelly! It's easy to stay here, with restaurants, a laundry salon, pharmacy, supermarket, and more close by. It makes each visit enjoyable and convenient.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location, just a few minutes from the airport, made my trip smooth and stress-free.
