The rooftop was dirty and clearly hadn't been maintained in years, though at least it existed. That's about the only thing I'd give half a star for. The hotel is on a dirty street and crawling with cockroaches. The bed was dirty too, and the staff's offer to clean the room another way didn't bring cleanliness up to an acceptable level. The washing machine was more like a laundry carousel. There was also a closet above the bed with four useless hangers, something to bump your head or feet on, depending how you sleep. Worst hotel ever.

I booked and paid through a travel agent listed on Google Maps, and received confirmation. But when I arrived, the hotel refused to check me in, saying they no longer used that agent. I had to contact the agent myself to get a refund, and the hotel offered no support for the situation it was responsible for. Be careful, some agents may no longer be in use. I would never use this hotel.

We really liked the place, especially the rooftop, which made our stay feel perfect. The apartment was cozy, with a comfortable bed, and had its own washing machine, fridge, and small cooking area. There are two tables on the rooftop. The woman who showed us around was very kind and helpful. We don't really understand all the negative comments.

We couldn't even sit on the bed because the room was so dirty, and there wasn't much else to do in such a small space. Luckily, after a while we were moved to another room. Keep in mind it's in the busiest nightlife area in all of Ho chi minh, so noise is guaranteed.
