Our room filled with smoke from the people smoking next door, and the hotel did nothing about it. We couldn't switch on the air conditioner because of the smoke. A horrible experience.

The woman who welcomed me was especially rude and unprofessional. She shouldn't be working in hospitality. I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends.

The location made getting around easy, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby from morning until night, and taxis were easy to find. Check-in and check-out were both smooth, and leaving was quick. The room was tidy and well laid out, and our room included breakfast. There were 11 choices, with plenty of variety, and we enjoyed it each morning. B&M HOTEL felt very clean, from the room to the lobby, which had the fresh feel of a newly opened hotel. At the front desk, staff greeted us warmly and handled check-in in a friendly, professional way. The receptionist spoke Chinese, English, and Vietnamese, so communication was easy and reassuring. My partner and I had a very satisfying stay, and we'd happily come back and recommend it to friends and family.

I asked to cancel after booking a day too late, but they told me it wasn't possible. It felt like a shady business.
