The service was generally fine during my stay, but I'm disappointed about something I left behind. After checking out, I realized I'd forgotten a tube of hand cream and contacted the hotel to ask them to look. They said they couldn't find it. I'm pretty sure it was by the head of the bed in my room.

We used the free washing machine and dryer, and the receptionist spoke some English. The only real nuisance was hearing guests talking on the stairs when they came back. It was minor, though, and I'd stay again. I had two rooms, one without a window and one studio. After a long-haul flight, I could check into the windowless room early, at 11 a.m. It had a huge bathroom and stayed cool without the AC. The studio was bright with the curtains fully open, had a bigger fridge and a kitchen, and also didn't get hot without AC. My mum loved it. The balcony had and. It's on a quiet street near popular places like the pink church and the famous Vietnamese pancake.

The staff were friendly, greeted us, and messaged to see if we needed help. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights; the room was clean and comfortable, and the price seemed reasonable. It's conveniently near the pink church. If I come to Ho Chi Minh City again, I'd consider staying here.

Our studio had a balcony and was quiet, with a view of Tan Dinh Church from the balcony. The room looked just like the photos, and the staff were kind and helped us with everything. They provided free laundry, water, and snacks. Housekeeping came every couple of days, which was fine since we were rarely in the room and it didn't get that messy. We stayed four nights and had a great experience. I hope they keep up this hospitality.
