I booked a room on 2024/09/27 and expected to check in at 10:00 PM. When I got there, it wasn't ready. I waited patiently until 11:00 PM, but still couldn't get in, and nobody apologized. Staff couldn't say when it would be ready or offer another solution, like a refund. They just told me to sort it out with Go2Joy. Around 11:00 PM, I found out the previous guest, who had booked by the hour, hadn't checked out yet. After waiting so long without a resolution, I left. The poor communication, no apology, and service left me very dissatisfied.

Check-out was a hassle, and the staff seemed unsure what they were doing. The first room I was given had a broken air conditioner, so I had to switch rooms. Then staff called twice in the middle of the night while we were asleep. It was a bad stay.

The staff were really nice, even if their English was limited. The place was very clean for a one star hotel and had hot water, which is more than some three star places I've stayed at. Good for one night. From what I could tell, young people and some hip old'uns come here to have sex and then leave. If you're booking a cheap room, I'd splash out for a VIP room so you know someone hasn't just wiped their member on the curtains. SUPER STAFF!

The price is okay for a love hotel, but there wasn't enough hot water to fill the bathtub. Some of the facilities are broken, and the room speaker doesn't work. The receptionist keeps saying the small room isn't available and seems to want to sell only the big room.

Beds are comfortable, and there's AC and a TV. It's cheap too. Not too bad if you're in Vietnam.
