The lady was super nice, and I'm grateful for the basics, so I don't want to go into too much detail. Still, I felt vulnerable as a traveler, and her husband's energy could have been much more welcoming. A few things need attention: please use duvet covers. I left the duvet alone and used my beach towel instead. The door locks after a certain hour, which made me feel I couldn't come and go freely because I didn't want to wake you each time. Please be more considerate of cleanliness and the guest experience. More care makes for better business. Thanks for your efforts, and I wish you luck and improvement! 🙏🏼

We had a great time and would return. It's a lovely little family-owned hotel in an amazing location, and it stays quiet at night. Just keep in mind that the beds are quite hard.

The rooms were neat and clean, with big comfortable beds, cupboards, and plug points. The bathroom was modern and nice, and there's plenty of food and drink places nearby, plus clothes shops for the ladies. The owners and staff are amazing people who understand and speak enough English. If you want a hostel, this is the place.

The staff were friendly, and the location in District 1 is great. Tucked into an alley, it's convenient for nearby attractions. But this felt more like a homestay than a hotel. There's no lift or help with luggage, so we had to haul our trolleys up to the third floor ourselves. Many apartment doors weren't properly fitted, leaving gaps where someone on the stairs could see part of the room. They also charged 15k for water that costs 13k at convenience stores. Charging for such a basic item felt ridiculous.
