I've stayed here twice, and both visits were disappointing. On the first, one night stay, the bathtub had no hot water, and the hotel's system didn't match my Agoda booking. The front desk asked me to pay an extra USD 17. During my second stay, which lasted 3 nights, the bathtub faucet was broken the whole time. I reported it every day, but nobody fixed it, and the hotel wouldn't move me to another room. I was even told that “every room’s bathtub faucet is broken,” which is hard to believe and completely unacceptable. The USD 17 overcharge should be refunded, and the booking system needs to match third-party platforms. Until the hotel sorts out the hot water, broken fixtures, and poor communication, I can't recommend it.

Beautiful rooms, great service, and very good prices. I recommend it 👌👌

The price is a good deal, and it was an interesting experience with very friendly staff. It's a love hotel, and they even send notifications to make sure you know that. It could be better looked after, but complaining about sex toys in the room is ridiculous.

District 10 felt like a nice change from D1. The food was great, the atmosphere friendly, and the staff made check-in easy.
