C'Lavie Hotel - Saigon Airport Hotel

I like the balcony view and the bathroom, especially all the mirrors. When the cleaners came, they replaced the tissues and mopped the floor. But after staying at this hotel three times, I can say there were bugs on my bed, and I don't think they wash the sheets. They change the pillows and towels. The price feels high, with no morning buffet, and the laundry is expensive too, while the clothes still don't come out clean enough. A lot of it felt uncomfortable, though maybe I’m just not used to living in a hotel.

We were unsure at first about having a room with no windows, but it turned out to be a pleasant stay, and the room was great with the AC. The bathroom was clean and the staff courteous. It’s also a good option close to the airport, with easy access to popular spots around town.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had a comfortable bed, a clean washroom, and AC that worked well. The place was easy to find. One thing I missed was an automatic light by the room door. It was quite dark there, which could be a safety concern, especially if you're travelling alone. The washroom window also had no way to close, so outdoor noise came in loudly. I ended up shutting the bathroom door.

I regularly book this hotel for patients and overseas guests coming to HCMC for dental treatment, since it’s close to my dental clinic. The rooms are clean and affordable, and reception can speak English.
